If we are not careful with Lyne we will have another Craig Hall situation on our hands whereby a player is far too good for the 20s but keeps playing for them and develops bad habits that transfer over to the step up to first grade.

It was the same problem with Tommy Lee, just a different position. They get used to being able to pull off or get away with certain things that then get mercilessly stamped upon in the first team. We need to loan players out to the NLs more often to finish off their learning. It's too much of a culture shock for them to go from playing against other kids their own age to experienced full-grown men at the top level of our game.

And when he does play in first team he gets slated on here for been Sh-te,i think he should go out on loan somewhere tbh,hes to good for the 20s.

I agree hopefully next season he will go on loan to a Championship side for the full season as should Nicklas.

The most ridiculous thing about Lynes current development is that he is playing fullback for our 20's and then he is expected to come into the first team and play on the wing.

Same with Crooks...seen him play centre and 2nd row.

I have been negative about him, never watched the U20's and he's never really impressed in the first team. He needs loaning out.

He's looked out of his depth when he's been given the chance.
