I appreciate this will not be given a lot of credence and I understand why, but Lauaki has had his visa application rejected. It is not a problem with him as such but his application was not up to standard and he has not therefor attained the number of points required. These applications, in which I include Crockers, are being turned down because the paperwork is not being submitted correctly - end of.

Crockers was not turned down because of the paperwork submitted and im sure we will find that out in the near future when he gets the full reason in the mail.

Initial application turned down due to being filled in incorrectly by his agent, apparantly.

If is my understanding that if Crocker had submitted his application with all the correct paperwork in the required order he would have attained the points required and his application would have been granted. As I say it is only my understanding.

This is partially correct, a form that should have been submitted to give him the required amount of points wasn't, hence rejection.
