| Presume this is being fitted out in either the West or South stands ,
Good fitness suite for the team if so ,
I'd prefer they'd sort out ' A Bar ' aswell as their gym

| Was wondering what the big sign was all about the other day, good that the team have on site training facilities But it's odd that the council haven't opened there own sports development on site as you'd think it was ready for it on a site that big.

| I seem to remember reading that when Leigh ? opened the gym at their stadium the players were not able to train due to the number of members of the public who were using the facility.
I hope the priorities are sorted if the players are to use it.

| At Total Fitness Walkden they used to put signs up when things weren't available due to Salford training I'm sure this will be the case at SCS, went for a full inside and out tour of the stadium before all I can say is wow.

To be fair our players are full time proffesionals and will probably be using the gym during the day and probably i guess only for a couple of hours max ( im not a fitness finatic so im not sure how long a "standard" gym session should last if your a proffessional rugby league player) im guessing it wont be AS busy during the day, probably busy between 6-9 working out before work then our players will probably turn up around 10am
Leigh to my knowlege are part time and will probably train at night like everyone else who works during the day will.

 Coowee
Meh, I can still only speculate. The new strength and conditioning coach seemed pretty savvy in my humble estimation. Best leave them to it 'ey.

| Quote What are the parking facilities?
Your Gym Manchester customers have access to 600 car parking spaces on site which are looked after by a twenty four hour seven day a week security team. All parking on the site is on a first come first served basis.
On match days Your Gym Manchester have secured a car parking zoned area to allow customers unaffected access to the club facilities.
The only reminder we make to our customers is that during match times the surrounding roads and infrastructure will be busy.'"
Taken from the official site, well worth it for anyone who already uses a gym and wants to be able to park on match days.

I tend to avoid gyms as I find that most injuries and harm happens in these sort of establishments.
