It is the reporter saying we don't have a pool of talent not Parish.

I want to see action rather than all these rehashed stories.

I think he will make a difference next season and that's what we need.

Parish has not been shy in putting his views across , and like above their are plenty of quotes to pull into a story , Neil Barker is well versed at creating ' comment ' stories but don't actually go anywhere.

There is a encouraging group of talent in the -18's , but we are not in the position of say a Leeds or Wigan who have 6 or 7 reserves who cover 1st team positions on a week to week basis.
He has to put a squad together for 2012 he's already said it'll consist of 25 senior players and + 5-6 of the most promising academy players.
He already knows he has a limited amount of funds to do this so anybody who ' isn't pulling there weight ' on big contracts, or even players who are performing but aren't the type of player he needs in a position will presumably not be in future plans as they say.
Unlike some of our previous coaches he has a plan , but I'm guessing the short term goal is to put a team on the pitch that will do as he asks and not embarass us too often!
longer term yes any emerging talent needs to be developed to realise their potential.
