Don't knock it till you've tried it. Take George Ballantyne's site (see link) for example "Rugby Players Past,Present and Future which has over 1300 members and probably the finest collection numbering thousands of League pictures you will ever see.
All that John's brother Phil is doing with the site is to keep people informed on the book and also use it to display some of the many pictures and memories that the family possess of John from his career and share them with you the fans.
Because they are having a problem fitting it all into one book.
