Coming over to CP following Leeds....but not impressed with the distance from the pitch and the view from the away end. Can I pay on the turnstiles for the terrace areas either side of the pitch.......but more importantly is there a descent bar....cheers lads

The away allocation is sold out. The additional tickets are reportedly for the well which is pitch side standing. A bar is a bar, serves beer and sometimes pork scratchings.

LMU colleagues of mine have bought tickets for the West stand (seating) but as Edith says the Well (below the West Stand) has tickets available (standing).

There's a few pubs near by - Ravenser and Red L (Crown) - but there's nowt wrong with the Robins Nest underneath the West Stand or the Bars upstairs.

Also pubs a hell of a lot closer to the ground than Ravensar. Lord Charles, Falcon and Soccer Sensations which is about 100 yards from the ground.

And not forgetting the two new bars under the new North Stand.

Erm the R & O are designated away ends, How much closer do you need to be?

No7 David bishop did you get your username from what I heard that whilst Roger millward was reading the team sheet out he said "No13 David bishop" then bish raised from the treatment table after a final rub down and piped up " hey little man David bishop No7 or no David bishop" to which Roger replied "David bishop No7" lol

David Bishop is still my favourite player I've seen play in a Rovers shirt.

Probably the start of the team's decline happened after his signing.
