Very instrumental in saving our club in the late nineties and a great bloke. Worked hard for our club throughout his life and a big fan too. Condolences to family and friends, a sad day indeed! RIP

R.I.P David, a sad loss to the club, Condolences to all his family and friends.

I am saddened by the loss of a one who as Wilf pointed out saved the club we all love back in the late 90s. He did it because he loved the club and I will always remember talking to him outside that Cardiff stadium on that day and he told my two sons " we will win it this time, no more mistakes ".

I always remember a picture from the 1991 Premiership victory at Old Trafford which showed David celebrating behind Greg Mackey as he lifted the trophy - the bloke was showing true passion in his celebration which is how it should be. Sincere condolences to the family on the loss of a true black and white.
