Was suspended or sacked by North Sydney bears for suspected steroid use

Based on a text message apparently, but NEVER tested positive.

They "stood him down" over texts he sent about steroid use is how I understand it after he suggested he was joking. Guess they didn't want to take the risk but he was never tested positive

Seems a bit harsh
