I reckon that this SL will be the tightest ever between 2nd and 8th, and in all honesty, any of the teams I've placed within those top 7 slots could finish anywhere within them.

I predicted Leeds to be a very different story, out on there own, winning every domestic competition.

Leeds, Hull, Huddersfield and Saints squads, have suffered the least disruption from last season. I think that will benefit them greatly.


Us and pies have had the biggest losses to squad quality and it will take its toll.

Hull were tipped as one of the favourites last season. Injuries hampered most of their season.
I expect them to for fill that promise this season.

It would seem I am the only one who thinks we will win it again.

Obviously our major loss will be Lee who is irreplaceable . Another big gap for us will be Brett and of our forwards Gaz Carvell is the biggest loss, I so wish that the Club & Gaz could have agreed terms.

I'm expecting big seasons from Simon Grix, Richie Myler, Super Ben, Hilly & Ben Currie, the deciding factor for our season will be Ratch. I am sure that with the players we have got if Lee were fit then more would be tipping us for top 2. I understand why some posters are sceptical about our prospects of the 3 key attacking players in 1, 6, & 9 we have lost 2 of the best.

We badly need Big Roy & Hilly to get a roll on & set the platform like Moz & Gaz did.

I am unsure about Saints & may have been over generous.

Warrington and wigan will be the top two teams. I am looking forward to seeing ratchford and myler in the halfs. I think obrien will push on and would like to see evans as a starting centre. Asotasi you would like to think will play more than moz. I have heard good things about england and i rate glenn riley and he will push on imo. I also think that we will be a pacy side and am looking forward to seeing russell and hopefully penny has improved. We will obviously miss briers but he did miss a lot of matches last year. Surely if smith thought we were not improving then moran would have surely got his chequebook out. This is a new era .
