It appeared that way. Sky have just said its a serious fracture of Left Tib, on his way to hospital.

Horrific looking injury, but what a great reaction from Senior who clearly was trying to keep Walker calm whilst emphasizing the seriousness to the medics.

Walkers 'calmness' was probably mainly due to shock. Several years ago I did similar to my arm/wrist. I was totally calm and it was only an hour or so after the injury that I went very pale and all but passed out in the hospital waiting room.

That was horrible... I've givenSenior some stick for being dirty in the past, but hats off to him there.

The small plus side is that I don't think the bone broke the skin as there was no blood on his sock. That gives him a much better chance of a recovery. Get well soon.

The bone itself could have been stemming any bleeding there was, hopefully it hasn't broken the skin though.
