As I said on the Warrington forum, surely it's a misunderstanding over which player they were talking about? He isn't out of contract for one I don't think and with the NRL cap rising I cannot see how a move to SL would be realistic.

There are only Widnes (Total no-no) and Leeds who would have the cap room required for a signing of that magnitude.

Ahh, you see Quins are apparently planning to spend more money on better players next season, maybe instead of 3 props, two backs and a halfback we're going to get Benji Marshall and a bunch of kids off our production line.
