Concentrating on the proposed sale of the Shay I'm sure if TA is to be granted any rights to purchase the sellers will check his financial status with a totally unbiased view point and with access to a lot more information than you are.
If it doesn't go through then let both the clubs including Town be in debt to the tune of £200,000 less rent to the rest of the Halifax rate payers that pick up the tab but never go there and that will be okay.
You are in debt to them every year, every week, every minute.
