| No fake positivity here at all, I'm just confident in this group of players and have seen this lull, at this stage of the season, many times before. It's happened in every season under Peet, which didn't stop him winning 7 trophies in his first 3 years in charge and before that, under Wane. The form is frustrating but I'd be surprised if it doesn't turn before long and certainly down the back straight of the last few games of the league season.
If anyone needs a reminder of how bad we've been at times in previous seasons, they just said during the Hull v Saints game, that Hull have gone a full 12 months since their last home win. That win they mention? It was against Wigan this time last year. Let's have it right that Hull team were a shambolic disgrace last year and we got beat by them, so I can't have it things are so much worse at the minute.

| I think the problem is more complicated, last tackle options on Friday were poor and your game management was not existent. We were not much better, but good enough for the win. You also looked unfit.

There's a difference between an unfit side and a side with a few players carrying knocks. Miski, Keighran, Wardle, Marshall and Nsemba were all either doubts going in to the game because they were carrying issues or they were hurt during the game. Outside of Mago and Dupree, there won't be many fitter sides than this Wigan team.

Peet said post match that he'd made some mistakes around the game - he may have been referring to picking too many players with knocks. At the very least Eckersley should have been involved, he also had Jacob Douglas (can understand not picking Wade for that one). Nsemba has been off the boil for a few weeks - important to remember hes only just turned 21 and hasn't played a full season as a starter yet. I thought at the start of the year that Willie's Isa departure was a real shame and boy could we have used him now.

| Leigh fan,
Keighan was the only player who impressed me from a pie eater point of view.
Marshall and Miski looked unfit.
really worried about the Wigan forward pack not dominating especially with the under strengthen leigh bench, which is usually our downfall, especially without our best forward in Mulhern.
Unfair critics of H.Smith IMO yes he was poor on Friday, but as A leigh lad Farrimond does not get his hands on the ball enough or organise anything as a good half back should be doing, yes he looks a threat in open play as most youngsters do but as a half back who organises plays and gets your team around the field i just don't see it yet, I'm no doubt he will get there and be one of the best but ATM he looks miles off it in this area of his game, these things get masked at Wigan usually due to quality players around them enhancing there development and winning games.
French returns and i still think Wigan win the GF.

I thought Farrimond was one of the bright spots personally. Didn't look fazed at all. This run of games will be great for his development.
