| ChampagneSuperRovers: wiggn2: Also before Hull scored - Kendall made up a knock-on against Smith when the Hull player just dropped it and then Wardle was picked up off the ground and put into touch. Basically gave them the game.
What, like a tactic Wigan do, every single game , off the ground at times too? One rule for one eh But what I will say, I absolutely despise the tactic from anyone, it's so negative and anti RL. Not entertaining or skillful in the slightest
I’m the first to acknowledge when we’re doing stupid things but you’re talking rubbish I’m afraid. Please don’t come on here and make stuff up, it doesn’t make you look as smart as you think it does.

| Credit to Hull, they stuck in the game and played some good smart rugby, especially targeting Adam.
I thought we should have brought Forber on earlier and Kruise to 6, Faz at centre as Hull just exploited that wing all the 2md half.
I think we'll learn from it and motivation for another GF finish

| Field picks up the hamstring injury in the build up to the Nsemba try. He just can't shake them - that's probably his fourth or fifth since he joined Wigan. You can see why he usually restricts himself to 70/80% of his top speed - when he runs at full tilt as he did tonight he seems to be at risk of injury.

| I can’t understand why we preserved with a guy playing on one leg, we would have been better advised to play Mago on the wing. Some bad calls by the coaching staff but, like everyone else they will learn from it. Congratulations to Hull, they fully deserved their victory.

| Yes, AK should never have been on the pitch, let alone at 6.
Didn't he also get a good clout setting up Wigan's first try? Dunno how much impact that had.

All Hull did in that Wardle incident is apply what Wigan have consistently done for the last couple of years. Basically, anyone that's remotely near the sideline, they'll get gangtackled and dragged into touch. It's utter garbage and the rule needs changing. I really don't see what's skilful about 5 6 7 or more players throwing someone into touch as soon as the ball goes wide. If its Gordon Tallis esque on Hodgson (have a look on YouTube to remind you of that one) then that's entirely different and takes individual Great strength. Big difference.
