It think it could have been a chicken wing., IMO.
I seem to remember someone getting dragged before the disciplinary last year for bending someones arm behind the opposition players back and the teams coach getting them off by demonstrating at the hearing that bending someones arm behind there back isn't a chicken wing. Think they call that 'putting undue pressure upon the joint.'
What I think Lima did was clamp Wilkins forearm to his upper arm (so it takes the shape of a chicken wing

) and twisting it. Get someone (or try yourself

)to clamp your wrist tightly under your armpit, so your forearm is tight to your upper arm and twist it backwards or forwards whichever way you look at it.. I can gaurentee it won't move unless forced, and causing a lot of pain.
Anyway no doubt the disciplinary panel will come to the right decision and I stand by to be shot down in flames, but in my defence I haven't watched it back yet .
