Seems that the players displayed symptoms and were subsequently tested positive (so safe to assume that these weren't false positives). The rest of the Wigan team are awaiting results of yesterday's testing, so there could be more players affected.

From a selfish point if view, whilst we're happy for Wigan to have disruption and unavailable players ahead of Friday's game, what we don't want to see are any Wigan players playing against us and then testing positive meaning that we'd have to isolate players for the Leeds game.

Leeds game now 7-45 kick off next Tuesday.

I think we should have respect for all clubs putting teams out in what is a close contact sport. Salford or Leeds will win the cup, A.N.Other team will be Champions but what is most important in this shambolic season is that Rugby League does enough to survive.

Government giving no help. Allowing people into indoor venues like O2 arena and the Albert Hall, but won't let people into an outdoor venue to watch sport.

Go figure.

The great outdoors should be much safer than an indoor arena, if precautions are observed, especially when amateur & lower league football can be played in front of crowds.
