And it isn't dated 1 April.
Its not as if he had a particularly long and distinguished career as a Hull player. Then add in the huge damage he caused to the club its worst ever coach.
I would have thought that Gary Divorty for one had a longer and better career at Hull and there surely must be others far more deserving than Casey.

He played 18 times in 1986-87 (having been away from the club the two previous years). He started the first six games in 1986-87 at loose forward then made further appearances in the mid part of the season. His final game for Hull was again in the 13 shirt against Leigh in a home Challenge Cup defeat on 1st March 1987.
Definitely deserves a spot in the Hull Hall of Fame. |

More than Casey does that's for sure.
One of my all time favourite players is Mick; an absolute quality player with every skill in the book. |
