Read out a timeline something like this, albeit much better put together and seriously delivered:
4.00pm RFL issue a statement that Dobson is de-registered and his contract terminated
4.05pm Explosion in East Hull solicitors office
4.06pm Rovers issue statement.
4.10pm In West Hull a man called James flicks through the RFL rulebook and asks for Michael Dobson's mobile number.

| Well they just read my text out but haven't got a clue about the rules it seems.
As I understand it you can't de-register a player and re-register the same player in the same season without the permission of the board.
Also I thought the point of de-registering a player was that his wages no longer count on the salary cap  |
