We’re not out of the woods yet, but as a long standing Trinity fan we’ve not got Grand Finals & Wembley appearances to wax lyrical about but we’ve all got our favourite games that stick out for us. The 17 nil at Headingley is a stand out for me & there’s plenty of others, but that’s just being added to my list. Thanks lads for putting that particular hoodoo to bed!

I did enjoy the walk back to the train station, tip-toeing between the all discarded wooden spoons.

I think the joy started last night when the result came through telling us that our black and white friends from Hull had pulled off a great win and by that excellent margin.
