.....Peter V'landys stating that the RFL were a bit dumb not to include Broncos in SL for next season. He states the blindingly obvious as we all know. 

Who the RFL have at the helm were last seen commanding the Titanic. 

Yes pleasing to see outside UK RL circles thought our exclusion a bit short sighted as well. In fairness they are unlikely to be fully au fait with the idiosyncrasies of English RL so in reality might not be quite as dumb a decision as it looks to them. However the but that worried me is his question marking of the expanded SL if Sky won’t stump up cash. Sounds a schoolboy error by RL authorities and if it plays out like Vlandys seems to suggest then gawd knows how we get promoted they will be busy getting rid of teams not replacing them.

Perhaps we'll be back to considering merging Wakie & Cas  & the 2 Hulls. Given it's Leeds/Bradford Airport, we could merge those 2 as well. That removes 3 teams. 

This seems reasonable to me. I commend it to the RFL/IMG board for consideration.
