First of all i don't like slagging individual players...But i'm starting to get a bit frustrated with Richie..
When Briers doesn't play he isn't stamping any kind of authority on a game or taking control, He has no kicking game to speak of either...
We payed a large transfer fee for Richie and we need a lot more from him than getting on the end of moves and putting the ball over the line although he does this well...

Problem with Myler he isn't a leader he's a support player you need one of them your team so i don't mind, but when Briers goes we need to find a good leader/playmaker
