Yep, we did well. Rovers are a good side, vastly under-estimated by many Wire fans on here who thought we'd win. They just had too much power in the last twenty for us.

With a bit more composure in attack, we'd have been right in the game well into the second half, but we had no right to win with that team.

Blythe gets a special mention for an excellent performance, I've been critical of him this season.

Thanks the best team won, but still tries from us to conceed, two interceptions? The Higham try was a a try IMO. But can't fault the effort tonight by our boys, nd come on Wakey!!

Higham's try was one of those that you knew could go either way there was a pause but his ball carrying arm didn't touch the ground.

Impressed with the way you kept going until the end - thats a monstrous effort after last week - well played.

Higham*s try was disallowed by the same VR who cancelledout Lunt*s try last week in the final @ Wembley..Like someone said,they could go either way...

Really proud of the efforts the lads put in tonight. If Highams try had been given & we hadn't given that interception try away just before half time, the score could have been closer or reversed. But hey that's rugby

Bit disappointed with some of the points we
gave away with dumb football, rovers don't
need any help they're a capable side but pleased
with the efforts and the extra game time our youngsters
are getting ,all better for the future.

Hkr are a good example of what 2/3 years of hard
work and progress can do and will be an interesting
watch during the play offs if they stay healthy

Thanks though the best team won on the night. i can't fault the wire after there efforts. Dissapointed about the score line but we played ok. A postive we can take out of the game are the young ones that played: mCarthy, Mitchell, Harrison, Cooper, Blythe... thought all had quite a good game last night
