I had the privilege to talk rugby with Roger at the school he was caretaker at in Leeds a few years ago. I asked him about his time in Australia and he seemed to think of it as a lot easier playing over there then that it was here, how times change! Had to think how sad it was that a true legend of sport was still having to earn a living at close to retirement age whilst today's primadonna footballers can do a few years in the lower leagues and be set for life. RIP Roger!
