tbh, I have to work pretty damned hard, and long hours, in my job, and I get tired out mentally. When I'm not working, if not sleeping or having a beer I'd much rather be doing something physical rather than mental. When I need a short break from work but am still at one of my desks, I often open a new window and briefly pop on here. I really don't reckon using mental energy on computer games would do me any favours, no matter how much I might want to have a go. And anyway, on the occasions when I HAVE had a go they are all too bloody addictive! As I bet you found!
