I don't know if sentencing would.be harsher because of two offences at once.

What he gets is all up in the air. Smartest thing the club could do would be have Moore doing work with the Foundation and giving his moral character a buff up before his court date.

Perhaps the part about a "significant struggle with officers" may be taken into account too. Not to say what that means obviously, but there were reports at the time of what it refers to. Which I don't think we can repeat here.
