 Thanks for everything |
Here we go for one last time in 2010. Suffice to say that this has been the most miserable season since the Dragons joined Super League. Even though the club finished last in 2006, at least it was a competitive last. Indeed, this season they're odds on to finish two places lower than that. A win is a must if the Catalans are to avoid becoming the lanterne rouge for the second time in their history. Against Huddersfield, that might be a tall order.

| Headingley duck to remain intact |
 Au revoir |
Just two games to go now - 160 more minutes of a wretched season that few will care to recall in years to come. Win one of these remaining two and the wooden spoon could yet be avoided for the second time in the club's history. That seems unlikely as it's two top sides the Dragons face in the next three weeks and one of them at the last remaining Super League ground they've yet to win at. Yes, it's the annual trip down misery lane to Leeds.

| Nathan seals the big award |
 Wynn-er |
At the magnificent venue of Leigh's Sports Village on Saturday night, Nathan Wynn took the sang-et-or.net Player of the Year award. Even with a game to go, Nathan got the point that meant he couldn't be caught.

Did enough to seal the PotY award |
by Mark Hall
Any hopes of the play offs were dashed by a disappointing first half performance, which saw the French 18 points down and with a mountain to climb. Nathan Wynn, in his last game for Toulouse in England tried his best, but it was to much for even him to get Olympique back in the game. Here we review the action. |

| Dismal Dragons downed in derby |
 You win this time... |
The biggest derby in rugby league has thrown up some quality games over recent years, however this was one to forget as these two teams who are scrapping at the bottom of the Super League to avoid the wooden spoon. How it told; the game contained more errors than it did points. Harlequins did show some fight and British grit as they lifted themselves from the foot of Super League, above their opponents who looked like they wanted the season to finish after this lacklustre performance, Kevin Walters' call to try and end the season on a high had clearly fallen on deaf ears.

 New 3-year deal |
by Mark Hall
With two games to go to the end of the campaign, and Widnes posting a win over Sheffield on Thursday night, it looks like a herculean task for Toulouse to make the play offs. Five points off the pace already with six to fight for, and a woeful points difference means, like last year, all there is to play for is pride. Here we preview the action. |

| Wooden spoon play-off raises derby stakes |
 Who wants it? |
Never in the history of Rugby League has there been a derby as big as this one. Obviously, there's not normally any game that can match the intensity of rivalry as this one, but when you factor in the extreme likelihood of the loser finishing bottom of the pile, then it gets really serious. So it's not just bragging rights at stake here. Instead of mild ribbing across the office floor, the victors will be able to call the losers the worst team in Europe.

Grabbed a couple, for what it was worth |
Warrington blew the Dragons away in Widnes, ending any lingering Wembley dreams for treizistes. Dallas Johnson was a late withdrawal and Brent Sherwin, Casey McGuire and Jamal Fakir were all injured during, leaving the Catalans no chance of turning round a heavy half-time deficit.

| Semi to provide relief for Dragons |
 WUM |
The miserable league campaign has picked up these last few weeks and the Dragons go into their biggest game of the year - derby aside - on something of a high as they're on the back of an unprecedented two-game winning streak. Heady days indeed. The opponents, Warrington, were put away by a slender margin at the Aimé Giral last month, but nobody is pretending that will have a bearing for this clash at the completely non-neutral venue of Widnes. At least David Ferriol has tried to add some spark to proceedings.

| Toulouse gear up for crunch clash |
Time to stand up and be counted |
by Mark Hall
Three games to go, two of them at home, and the need to banish that awful display at Craven Park in Cumbria sees Widnes Vikings come marauding into town to take on Toulouse. Can they pillage the points or will Toulouse take the spoils in what really must be a six-pointer for that final play-off position? Here we preview the action |
